HOW TO ORDER

1. Register or Login to our website. Please insert your name and Florist name if you have one.
2. Pick up your favorite flowers and click [Add to Cart]. Please contact us for stock availability!
3. Click [Check Out] to process your cart, or [Continue Shopping] to continue adding more to your cart! IMPORTANT: Not all of our displayed products are in stock. Please contact our sales team for confirmation. However, if your desired product is empty, preorders are available for the following week.
4. Re-check your cart and pay. Do not forget to take a photo of your payment receipt. In case of transferring using M-Banking or E-Banking, please screenshot the receipt. The bank transfer order expiry is within 24 hours. Please transfer as soon as possible.
5. Once you have paid, please confirm your payment by filling the form in [Confirm Payment]. Do not forget to upload your payment receipt! If you paid by Virtual Account, this step can be skipped.
6. Our sales team will check the payment.
7. Please note that we will need some time to confirm and process your order. All orders which come after the store closes will be processed in the following day or during work hours. Orders through GOSEND Sameday or Express that comes after 14:00 PM (WIB) will be sent on the following day.
8. For [Self Pickup] option, please inform us in the notes when you wish to pickup your orders. Our team will inform you when the order is ready.
